Wonderful Mountain Views: The breathtaking views from the hotel were like stepping into a postcard. The beauty of the mountains surrounding the hotel made me feel like I was in a fairytale.

It lacked flavor and did not live up to the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar because it provides 4 meeting rooms available for events, a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was helpful and accommodating during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the hotel was slow and inconsistent, making it difficult for me to complete my work tasks efficiently.

The hotel had excellent facilities and amenities, including three to four saunas, a large pool, and a casino. We thoroughly enjoyed the karaoke nights and had a great time trying our luck at the casino.

We felt right at home during our stay, and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel was a great place to stay with my friends during our vacation in Pamporovo. We had a blast exploring the city and enjoying the beautiful mountain views. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Pamporovo Ski Resort and FunPark Pamporovo. We loved that the hotel offered a free ski shuttle and had ski storage available, making it easy for us to hit the slopes. And let's not forget about the casino onsite, it added an extra level of excitement to our trip!

The only thing we would have asked for was more nightlife options for young party-goers like ourselves. While the hotel had plenty of amenities and activities for skiing and exploring the area, we were hoping for a bit more nightlife to keep the party going after a day on the slopes.

Great pool and spa facilities. The massage was amazing, and the sauna had an excellent atmosphere. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options.

The hotel was terrible overall. The rooms were small and had an old TV. The restaurant staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel was overpriced for what it offered, and the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. Be aware of the lack of parking space and the inconsistent transfer service.

We were pleasantly surprised by everything at this place. The location is perfect, as it is close to the slopes and bars. The restaurant offered a great variety of meals and snacks to choose from. The room service, car hire, and housekeeping services were exceptional. We also appreciated the shops and commercial services available on-site. The airport shuttle and free shuttle service were convenient for getting around. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The flat-screen TV and terrace added to the overall comfort of our stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends due to its luxurious amenities and enhanced comfort.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The Best aspects were the friendly staff who were always ready to assist us. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms that were very clean. It was located close to the slopes and there was a free shuttle service available. We also found the breakfast to be very good and sufficient.

Our stay at Orpheus - Casino And Spa was a pleasant one. The room was spacious and the overall hotel was quite big, offering a range of amenities like multiple saunas, a pool, and more. The hotel had a very family-friendly atmosphere and there were two separate restaurants with buffet-style breakfast and dinner options. The lobby was cozy and inviting, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to one of the ski lifts and the bus station. , renting skis was easy and there was even a shuttle service to the ski lift. we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good value for our all-inclusive experience.

The hotel boasts a great location, in close proximity to the slopes, bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed, boasting comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The property offers an array of amenities and activities for both kids and adults, including a spa, playground and arcade games.

Some guests reported poor service in the restaurant, with rude and unfriendly staff members.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski lift and baby ski school. Additionally, the food was good and there were plenty of options to choose from.

We stayed at Hotel Orpheus for a week-long ski trip with friends. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the hotel as a whole had fantastic amenities, including multiple saunas and a large pool. It was perfect for families, with a kid-friendly atmosphere. The two separate restaurants offered a wide selection of delicious buffet-style breakfast and dinner options. The location was great, as it was only a 15-minute walk to the town center and close to the ski lifts and bus station. it was a better value for an all-inclusive stay compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the slopes and away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered great bathrooms. The spa and pool were worth the visit with lots of activities for kids and other guests. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options and great food quality.

The parking was really uncomfortable and crowded. The Wi-Fi in our room was not great.

Great staff. Helped with proposal. Clean rooms. Amazing view. Good spa facilities.
